Heal's Art Deco Silky Oak Tallboy Cupboard Over Chest
The tallboy: An Art Deco tallboy cupboard over chest of two drawers by Heal's c.1936. Labelled. Constructed in well figured Queensland silky oak with Australian walnut cross banding. The tallboy has a single shelved cupboard over two drawers.

Condition: Offered in excellent refinished condition.

Dimensions: The tallboy stands 42" tall, 36" wide and 18" deep.

The sideboard: A Modernist sideboard designed by W.H. Russell, Made by Gorden Russell Ltd (labelled) of Broadway and retailed by Heal's c.1950. Constructed in English oak with bubinga wood handles.

Heal's Oak Sideboard
The sideboard: A slightly smaller than typical Art Deco / Modernist oak sideboard by Heal's c.1930. Labelled. Constructed in well figured quarter sawn oak. The front timbers have been cut to provide a slight harlequin effect. The sideboard comprises a central bank of three drawers, two shallow and one deep, flanked either side by a single shelved cupboard, sat upon sledge feet with facetted supports.

Condition: Offered in very good refinished condition.

The tallboy: A Cotswold Style oak tallboy designed by Paul Matt for brynmawr furniture c.1930. Labelled. A single cupboard with removable shelf over a pair of drawers. Superb quarter sawn oak figuring with stepped and facetted fielded panels. Square wedge shaped handles with exposed pegs to the interior.
